TAUB FAMILY VINEYARDS

Taub Family Vineyards was born out of a dream four generations in the making. Marty Taub played an instrumental role in the wine business from the early 1930s, and his son David built upon his dream. Marc D. Taub, the third generation, grew up with a deep appreciation for the art of winemaking and had a vision of one day making his own wines. This came to fruition in 2013, when Marc, who today works side by side with son Jake, acquired Napa Valley producer Heritance – which later evolved to Taub Family Vineyards.

Taub Family Vineyards represents some of the best sites in St. Helena, Rutherford, Oakville, Yountville, Mount Veeder, and Howell Mountain. Through a relationship with Andy Beckstoffer, the Taub family has been excited to have access to the incredible vineyards of Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III and Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper producing Cabernet Sauvignons since 2012.

VICE PRESIDENT - WEST REGION TAUB FAMILY SELECTIONS

A Pacific Northwest native, Michael has been a wine industry professional for the past 20 years.

While traveling abroad in Italy, Michael fell in love with Italian wine. Upon his return, he completed his degree from the University of Washington and sought out to learn more about wine.

After receiving his certification from the International Sommelier Guild, he entered the wine industry through the distribution channel. Having worked with many of the large portfolios, Michael decided to join Palm Bay International in 2009 to follow his passion, fine wine. In 2018, Taub Family Selections was born to be a fine wine company showcasing a selected portfolio from around the world, including domestically in California.

The Taub Family, proprietors of Palm Bay International and Taub Family Selections, realized their dream in 2012 with the entry into the domestic wine market with Taub Family Vineyards in Napa Valley. Since then, Michael has been instrumental in helping to develop the Taub Family Vineyards portfolio in the US.

Today, Michael manages 23 states for Taub Family Selections. Under his leadership, Taub Family Selections continues to grow and showcased some of its world class wines in the best restaurants in the US.
